一般的政策

Regulations and restrictions relating to campus parking are indicated in these printed guidelines. As a practical matter it is impossible to mark with signs all areas where parking is prohibited but the campus driver should be aware of the following.

Access to campus parking is limited by University policy and the availability of parking spaces.

The parking permit confers upon the holder the right of limited access to university parking facilities and is not to be interpreted as a guarantee that a parking space will be available for the holder's use at all times.

Illegally parked vehicles may be immobilized and/or fines may be assessed against the owner or operator. 只有大学警务人员才可移除固定装置. All motorists are expected to observe all municipal parking regulations when parking on streets on or adjacent to the campus.
